Shevchenko battled Jaimelene Nievera on Dana White Tuesday Night Contender Series 11. Antonina used superior striking in order to TKO Nievera by knees to her body while in the clinch. In the aftermath of this victory, Antonina was able to sign the chance to sign a UFC contract. Antonina Shevchenko made her debut in UFC at The TUF Finals TUF Heavy Hitting match against Ji Yeon Kim.
